Sailor Moon is a perky Goth. She is always bouncy and at times distracting and annoying. She is also the dark princess of the moon. Her earth mother thinks that she is just going through a phase, little does she know that her daughter is Gothic Sailor Moon!

This attack is created using Sailor Moon's Tiara. When thrown it emits a high pitched squeal which distracts the enemy, and everyone else. The tiara does cause some physical damage to an enemy.
