"Athame, my furry better half…" {picture}

This Is Athame Melissa's cat. Melissa's mother thought it would be good if Melissa had a pet so she brought her to a friends house who's cat had just had kittens. When Melissa first looked in on the kittens she knew right away that she should pick Athame. The little kitten was huddled in a corner all by itself, fast asleep. She was a different color then all the other cats who had the orangeish tint of their mothers fur, Athame was the only black cat (other than a small runt who had died at birth). She is entirely black except for the little white tip of her tail (which Melissa will often dye odd colors).
